Growing feminised seeds under a 400W HPS

Hi, I've grown many times using regular feminised seeds under a 400W HPS but I'd like to try some autoflowering varieties for a change. Previously I've switched from 12/24 to 18/24, should I do the same with the autoflowering seeds? or keep the HPS on for the same amount of time right the way through the grow? any advice would be appreciated...

wait... you vegged under 12/12 and flowered under 18/6? Other way around. Or did you actually veg under 12 hours of light, and flower under 6?

Thanks for replying, sorry, I wasn't very clear. I vegged for 18 hours a day and then flowered for 12 hours a day. It worked really well but now I need to know what the light cycle should be for my autoflowering seeds...
