Growing in peat moss

Anybody out there grow or have grown in 100% peat moss?

I put the moss in my pot then added water and it never really got wet just ran right though it did I not add enough or did I just selected a bad medium lol

The peat moss needs high condensation for it to hold moisture. I Started some seedlings in peat moss squares, germinated them in a plastic container and once sprouted, planted the whole square in soil. But nah, I've never grown completely in peat moss.

I use peat moss and perite for drainage.Peat moss can hold too much moisture and is not great for root development as it lacks air.
