growing with LED

Hi All ...I;m Fwan new to this website also a first time grower. I am growing with LED it is a 90W UFO 3 color spectrum being red, blue & orange. Wondering if anyone knows how far to place the light away from the plants at seedling stage. Any help would be greatly appreciated...Cross your fingers for me ...Fwan

when their just keep it around 14" the first few days when they sprout up, then lower it around 12" when they start to get in the veg stage. then in flowering keep it 6-8" from your plants.
just keep your eye on your plants and if you see ur leafs folding like taco's or curling like rams horns it means the light is too close
