Help! Drug Test in 3 Hours!

Okay I'll try to keep this short.

I just found out, I have to take a drug test in three hours. I cannot leave to go get anything because my job won't let me leave. I smoked on Tuesday (today is Friday) and ate an edible. I had a friend call the lab (Concentra) to ask about synthetic urine testing, the woman that answered said that they do test for synthetic urine. I have to take a rapid drug screen.

Would my best bet be to try to use the synthetic urine or to keep diluting (36 oz of water an hour) like I've been doing since last night? I also have B12 pills.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
