Whats better? To put my rooted seed in 1 inch rockwool or 5 inc pots full of pro-mix....also how big should the hole be that im putting the seed in. and how far down in the rockwool or pro-mix should i put the seed

go ahead and throw the seed in soil then water it. and put the seed root facing down, seed up, about half inch under top of soil.

Id do the rock wool but its different strokes for different fokes Ive done the rock wool and came out just fine

rockwool works but you have to rinse the shit out of it first..

The real question comes down to... what are you putting it in long term?
