Help Question on nutts

ok im using 10-15-10 nuttient right now and im in the third week of flowering is it safe to switch to a 10-54-10 nutrient i was low on money and was using the same nutrients for vegg and finaly got my flowering nutrients. so is it safe even if i flush my plants.

Those numbers seem very high to me. Can you break down what exactly they are?

its pretty much a low budget grow the 10-15-10 is Schultz® Liquid Plant Food Plus, and the 10-54-10 was a MG bloom booster but i went with the Schultz African Violet Liquid Plant Food 8-14-9 with Micronutrients since my soil is the same brand but if you could tell me if that ratio is better.
