Help to buy a CFL bulb

Hi guys,

I'm new of the forum and I'm new of growing as well, I didn't start anything yet but I'd love to do it...

I tough to start with some CLF bulb but I have some problem and I'm indecise which one take (I will do 1 or 2 auto-florent plant indoor in a small place 50x50x110).

I saw this CFL, could you please advice me (I divided them in 2 group based on color temperature)?

Warm White

• one 65W equivalent to 325W, 2700K, 4300 lumen
• one 65W equivalent to 325W, 2650K, 2800 lumen
• one 55W equivalent to 200W, 2700K, 3150 lumen
• one 45W equivalent to 225W, 2700K, 3000 lumen
• two 35W equivalent to 175W, 2700K, 2275 lumen
• two 30W equivalent to 150W, 2700K, 2000 lumen

Daylight

• one 65W equivalent to 325W, 5500K, 4300 lumen
• two 30W equivalent to 150W, 6500K, 1600 lumen
• two 28W equivalent to 140W, 5400K, 1450 lumen

Seeing that will be an auto, I was thinking to get just 1 big Warm White bulbs, what do you think about? or it's better take 2 small and I get one with warm white color and one with daylight?

Please if none of them looks good, could you advice me some other?

Looks like a nice list so far.

The more watts the better, but the minimum you should use are the 30w equivalent 150w CFLs.

You would typically need at least 5000-6500k [Daylight CFL] for Veg, and at least 2600-3000k [Warm White CFL] for Flower.

Right now I'm using 4 23w equivalent 100w 5000k CFLs for Veg at 24/0 and will use 4 18w equivalent 75w 2700k CFLs for Flower, with my regular seeds.

But since you have an Auto, it's probably better to mix spectrums for your grow. Go with a 6500k and 2700k for the best results.

No problem bro! And yes it makes a huge difference in yield.

I would either make it :

1 Big 6500k + 2 Small 2700ks.

-or- 2 Small 5000ks + 2 Small 2700ks.
