Are all the other plant doing ok and just this one is bad?

About GUANO is a mix ,have npk 11-5-11 and more microelements and yes all the rest of the plant are very ok, but my "Himalaya deformity"i have put in the soil just for this plant npk 8-16-18 so now the plant is 40%normal and 60%deform.
I think she need (P). . . . .
