How do I apply for a license to grow in Rhode Island

Hello Everyone! I am new to this and would appreciate some help...how do you get a license to grow in Rhode Island. Do you have to be an RI resident? Do you have to be a patient? I would like to grow and sell marijuana to dispensaries. Any info is appreciated!

you have allot! of studying to get to =)

yes you have to be both a RI resident and a registered RI cannabis patient. to botain this you have to see a physician that catters to cannabis recommendations. you need a tun of proof you are you and you do live in ri and you have a legitimate illness to posses such a license. and i dont think there are currently any dispensarys open in RI, i beleive they had plans to open just a hand full of heavely moderated dispensarys but i believe it didnt go through. i could be wrong about this however, its been a while since i google this info.
then you have to get sick il nasty at growing because there are 1000's of others with the same plans and your stuff better be better then theres in every way, chemically, physically and esthetically aspects
