How hot is too hot in prop?

Jheez the heat is blowing me to bits. I planted 9 seeds in root riot cubes wetted them up and put in propogator in complete darkness.. 4 days later all 9 sprouted and 2 are lovely looking.
Since then i attempted to put them outside my grow room within the garage with a 300w cfl over the prop. Temps were through the roof up to 34°C so i decided to instead set up the new 4ft T5 light and place under that inside my groom. However temps in the prop were hitting 34 again.

Is this going to be a problem? Should i just remove the dome in order the let the heat out or are they still too young? 1-2 'day from sprout? Pics attached. Thanks

YES!

Watch to make sure they don't dry out, though. But you don't need to place a cover over them for that, just add water, lol.

It literally stays moist in there for days at a time i watered earlier today so they should be fine now for 2 days.
Hoping to get rooted and into dwc but not too early this time..
