How long does decarboxylated herbs last?

I'm getting ready to run my first batches of cannabutter and coconut oil. What I'm wondering is if I decarb today can I store it and use it in a week or two?

I don't see why not (as long as it is dry). It takes 30 minutes to decarb (I just do it before I extract) so I have never stored it before. The extract I have coco-oil I made is 5 months old in the fridge and still as good as ever.
