How much does Coco weigh?

Hi,

Just a quick Q for the Coco growers, I'm trying to determine if a shelf in my new grow cabinet is up to snuff (I'd hate to have to replace it). I need it to support 4 plants in 2 gallon pots filled with wet coco.. I haven't got any coco handy at the moment so I was wonder if anyone knew.. roughly even.
