How should i position my lights?

I have my topsy turvy and i dont know how i should position the light indoors so any comments regarding would be greatly appreciated thank you!

Spot Plant Grow Lights, Bulbs & Fixtures at Home Harvest Garden Supply thats the one i have and im only going for one plant, ill give you some pics here in a little bit.

I've heard a little about growing upside down like this, (I assume that's what you mean).

I'm skeptical but open minded. Maybe you could start a grow journal and we can follow your exploits

Incandescent isn't the right type of light to my knowledge though, you need CFL, MH, LED, HPS, or Ra
