I need advice on cloning

Well my first grow is about to be harvested in 2 1/2 weeks. And in my veg chamber I have 5 ak-48 seeds growing.

So, my plan was to grow the ak's until they show pre-flowers and take clones. My goal is to get at least 3 females, cut 5 clones a peice from each plant then do sog under 210 watts of HPS. Then keep one mother, and put the other two outside with my other outdoor plants.

So my question is how big would a plant have to be to cut 5 clones?

Does this seem like a good plan?

the plant wouldhave to be about 18 in tall
Does this seem like a good plan?

Cool, so 18 inches tall and what, about a month old? Or does age not matter?
