Input on how I should run this grow,

Led 600w 4x50w led full spec, side lamps and one 100 W CF grow cob
Soil grow,
pH good.
3ltr pots,
Temp 25° humidity 70%

Not sure what you mean by 24/0 light cycle....you don't mention them being autos, so photos will need a 12/12 cycle to flower.

I count 8x plants in a <50ft3 space....that's going to get tight quickly.

3L pots are very small for a soil grow, even with adding nutrients. Bigger roots = bigger plants = higher yield.

You might be better with 4x in bigger pots for that space...

Hey buddy, Mr hill is right about the pot size. Want at least 3-5gal per pot for a decent result. More roots means bigger fruits
Your lights are capable of pulling your desired yield but not by much. You'll need to get that tent pretty full before they hit bloom but it's doable.
I'm useless with soil but plenty fine folks round here to make sure you stay on track.

a 4' high growing space will be challenging. I have a 5' tent and really wish it were 6' tall. When flowering starts the plants will stretch upwards a lot. Im 3 weeks into flowering some White Widow plants and I will be in trouble if they keep growing up. My light requires 21" of clearance to the canopy and at this point all my vertical space is used and my light I have rigged as high in my tent as possible. This is my first grow and didnt realize the stretch these plants go through. Its hard to imagine when you're looking at tiny seedlings but vertical space might be a problem.

Your plants will need to be up-potted to at least 3 gal.

Four feet is very little room for your plants to grow. You lose about 18" for your light, and the space between it and your canopy. You'll lose about a foot to your pots, leaving 18" for your plants. SCRoG seems to be the way to go. Lots of training will be required.

Cheers for the input bro,there still in veg prob will flip in 3 or so weeks after I have transplanted to 15 ltr pots and topped the more leggy ones I was more sort of

Cheers everyone for your help I've decided to build another room the same size just a foot higher,I'll definitely repot in a week or so into 15 ltr pots and after reading your guys input prob top them all once and train the shit out of both rooms,this is my last girl,wasn't an auto but from seed to harvest,13 1/2 weeks and 3 Oz so I'm hoping for the same sort of yeild,maybe a little less with the slightly wider led coverage on these two rooms,
