That is a peat based potting soil and will be fine for your plants 
They will not need any fertilizer for a month or so, only water.

ya its like miracle grow but better pack some food in the soil i like pro mix and start fresh

Ya a lot of people don't like it when i first started to grow i use MG i had some sweet harvest let me tell you i found if i flush it a lot i was fine as it has has time release fertilizer
Your potting mix looks better than Miracle grow, don't worry
The amount of NPK fertilizer in it will feed your plants well at the start,
but it contains no time-release fertilizer, which is a good thing.
You have to start fertilizing after 4-6 weeks.
