Is this drooping?

Hey guys my first grow here and 1 of my seedlings is growing alot better than the rest but im unsure if its dropping all the leafs seem to be touching the coco

Its under a 100watt t5 about 3 inches away been feeding at 500ppm 5,8 ph every morning when lights come on

Once a day at about 2 hours after lights come on

Yeah i just sprayed them as lights went off i seen some fading in the middle i thought i was having a cal-mag issue

You shouldn't be having an issue this early as long as you pre-charged your coco with calcium and magnesium. Do you feed to run off every day?

Yeah allways untill run off all the other plants dont seem to be as bad only the 1
