Leaf miners, eggs and a weird looking thing

It’s the middle of the summer and it’s hot, and humid, so it’s paradise of the pests. So I stared seeing leaf miners, these eggs under some of the leaves and that weird looking thing was chilling on the stem. Do you think they are all connected or they are all different pests? I red that the leaf miners are larvas of moths, but do you think that these are the eggs of that moth? Or maybe these are aphid eggs, as when I look closely some of the bigger ones look like they have very small legs. And the weird looking this is it a leaf miner in a stage of development? I’m looking under the leaves and when I see egs I remove them by hand and I press hard the tunnels of the miners with my fingers, hoping to kill the larva inside, I don’t know if that works at all. I have some bio pesticide from the grow shop that I applied a few times but it seems like they still like the plant. I’m wondering if this spray can do any damage to the eggs at all?

Try neem with dish soap. Don't spray in bright sun. Mealy bug??
Oh no I just checked what mealybug is. These creatures almost killed one of the bushes in the garden, they have built their nests almost fully covering the branches of the bush with white cottony material. And after that the branches completely dry and die. If that on the image are the eggs of this bug then I should be very careful not to spread, cause they are gonna kill the plant in no time.
