LED, T5, T8 or T12 - What should I use?

Led have very good spread if u have the correct led for area of grow space.true

They do spread yes but are far more concentrated energy radiating directly outward from the diodes sure you can totally grow plants in second hand light but here's the question do you wanna. I mean you can grow with cfl but do you really want to?

Never grown with cfl.pointless.i started with hps then switched to led.led lights are the way forward thats for sure for any indoor grower
