Lighting bloom veg switch LED

Hi I’m using a vipaspectra 600w it has veg and bloom switches I have kept them both on the whole way from just after they were a week old I am growing gorilla glue auto from fast buds and Anubis auto from pyramid seeds i was wondering is it better to have both veg and bloom switches on or just bloom thanks in advance ✌Also any tips are very much appreciated!

Nice main kola! Did you ever think about training your plants? You can scrog them down with a net, top them, or pinch the nodes as they grow to bend them and strengthen them with low stress. The yield looks like it will be pretty nice but training can increase it even more!
 
I run veg switch only in veg. In bloom, I run both. They're all a little different (led lights). But in veg, the plant is looking for more of a blue spectrum rather then red. Red is a little more intense then what they really need in veg.
