I never seen any plant white starting out like that. Soil is a lil dry actually. And it's a fruity diesel seed

Has anyone seen this b4? It's not a nutes problem because I put fresh hyponex soil and using r/o water
Perfectly normal, give it some light and it will darken up.
Yes I have seen it before. I have seen it many many times. I said this is totally normal.
Not all seeds come out identical. The issue you are pointing out is the tissue is whitish. Below ground all the tissue is white. When it comes up it is still white. When the light starts to hit it in a meaningful way the chemistry will change in the plant and it will start to turn green.
