Looking for some input on my grow tent setup

Gday pot people,

I put a lot of this info in on my introduction but wanted to cover as many bases as possible so I threw it up in here. I have a pretty sure idea of the setup I'm going for. Not doing hydro as I'm all for veganic growing as that's what worked for me and I know how to deal with that medium very well. I am doing a 5x5 indoor gorilla grow tent with a 1000w light setup with the whole carbon filter exhaust fan etc. The thing I'm curious about is the intake and temps situation. It gets cold up here in the North I'm told and my intake air is going to be cold like 40-50 odd degrees depending I think. Is the heat from the light going to be hot enough to counter the cold air to create a good temp or do I need to invest in heaters?? And should I purchase an intake fan/hepa filter? or is that unnecessary?

I look forward to some feedback. I am glad to be a part of this forum and look forward to becoming more familiar with you all.

Cheers

I found that a speed controller in my exhaust fan helps with temp issues up or down. Found mine on flea bay for $21. Try it and a good temp gauge.

Are you growing in a shed or something?
If its in a house the draw your air through the house.

If that's not an option you could always seal the room so it recirculates and add Co2.Thats what I would do if I had 40 degree f temps.
That way the 1000 watt lamp will take care of it when lights are on and a small electric heater set @ 65 for night...Just a thought and hope it helps:)

have you bought your lights yet? for a 5x5 room you really dont need 1 1000 watt.. ever think of 2 led... no heat issue at all..
