As a portuguese, I do. It is legal to carry a small amount for self consumption, although planting and selling are considered a crime. Smoking cannabis is basicaly a common habit amongst the portuguese population. I am a little disapointed to see that Portugal doesn't have a "Portugal" topic here, since we were the first country to discriminalise drug consume :/
