ARIZONA - A Mesa resident is getting ready to set the standard for marijuana dispensaries if the new law passes.
He's opened up a small business filled with display cases.
It looks like marijuana but only moss fills the jars at the moment.
He hopes it will one day become a medical marijuana training center if voters pass proposition 203.
The goal is to educate the public as well as the government and future dispensary owners.
People are signing up to take one of his instructional seminars that includes training on how to open a dispensary by following all state laws and regulations safely.
Supporters of the law say this can be the future of medicine and small businesses with the potential of becoming a billion dollar industry.
