My plant has a phosphorus deficiency - Will this stunt growth ?

My early miss auto is 21 days old above soil. It googled cannabis plant problems and i definitely have a phosphorus deficiency. The lower older leaves of my plant have bronze spots on them. i think it was caused from me over watering. I think i corrected my over watering problem and the phosphorus deficiency kind of got worst. Will this eventually stunt growth and prevent my plant from buding? I want to post a picture but my computer is broke im using my smart phone

it could be a few this just do a good flush you may have lots of salts building up and check the PH make sure thats good bad PH will do this and make sure your not potbound the root need room to grow i good flush with 1/2 feeding your good
