My plant needs your diagnosis

Hi everyone,
I'm into my first coco grow and got some problems almost from the beginning of vegetative grow.
I never seen/had it with soil grows, especially on such early stage. Pictures will tell you everything.
I don't know how to solve it, can you help me?

As you can see there are dark spots on the leaves. I train this plant with main-lining (nugbuckets).
So I have the chance to remove damaged leaves but it returns with new growth. On pictures you can see the
plant before and after last topping.

More details:

Coco: Canna Coco Professional Plus
Veg Nutrients: Canna Coco A + B, Cannazym, Rhizotonic
Dosage: according to Canna's calculator
Water: tap hard water (EC 0.6 - 0.8), it always rests before watering for 24h
PH: always adjusted to 5.8 when watering (first nutrients, then PH down solution)
Strain: fem White Widow, mostly indica
Light: LED panel 65 watt

I started to feed her with "light feeding" schedule by Canna. Everything was fine until I saw first dark
spots along with red stems. It looked like phosphorus defficiency so I raised the amount to "normal feeding"
and then to "heavy feeding". It didn't help. The marks are returning with new grow.

I've tried also flushing with PHed water to 5.8. Didn't help either. I have new theory, maybe it's calcium
defficiency? I thought it can happen only with RO water, or maybe it is something else?
