Need help. Must pass piss test in one week.

I smoked once a week. twice some weeks. the last time iv smoked was a week before last saturday. I have a piss test a week from today. I need to detox, and pass this. This is a test with the police and court system. i weight 200 pounds and am 6:3. Please tell me what worked for you. i am very desperate. I NEED TO PASS THIS PISS TEST. they watch me piss you i cant sneak someone elses in. The test will be 18 days after i smoked. 7 days from today.

Exercise and stay hydrated
Eat a high fiber diet with possibly adding some metamucil to help keep the bowels moving.
3 days before the test switch to a red meat high fat diet and quit exercising
Drink 36 ounces of gatorade the morning of the test
Pee 3 or 4 times before the test
When taking the test
Pee a little in the toilet first
Pee 2 ounces in the collection cup
Pee the rest in the toilet.
