need some help with seedling

ok first i have no pic sorry camera is broke so i will do my best to describe the issue i started the seed in a organic plug of some sort all was fine the roots started poking out so into some soil it went fox farm ocean... i also up graded the cfl to a much larger one it is about it is about 7 inch away from the plant and its leaves are curling up no discoloration just curling oh and no nutes yet

Styrofoam releases gases. I Don't even drink coffee from one anymore.
Could you switch them to a different type of plastic cup?

yeah they are not styrofoam just plastic thats ok i am not worried bout that i think the soil retains more water then i thought i think i overwatered them just curiuos of what other people think

yes i agree too much water

the soil should be dry down to about the first knuckle if you poke the soil

what is the ph of the water you are using, does the ff soil have nutes in it already?
what is the ph of the runoff

The use of a fan is more than for controlling temps. A flow of air over the leaves will allow the plants to transpire water , absorb nutrients , and strengthen stems quicker . If at all possible get a fan to move the air arround and water less often.

no prob fan is in place and little one is dead more to come just did a harvest and ohh so dank!!!
