New Babies, Few Questions

Basically just started two plants. They are both about two inches and are starting the jagged leaves after the initial round ones. When or should i even fertalize and how long untli they will need 24hours constant.

Another seperate question... if i am going to use sufficiant lights with flourecents that dont produce much heat is ventilation as big of a deal?

Fluorescents are much cooler than HID lighting but it will put off some heat. I used two 4' fluorescent tubes and an oscillating fan and they turned out fine.
