New questions: 4x8?

Hello evryone. I new around here and want to introduced myself, and share my fist project.

So far:

4x8x8 grow bax, w/ panda paper.
1 1000w ballast with hps bulb.

Will this light be enough? If so how much plant can I grew under this one lights? I'm still rounding up the rest of stuff, but trying to figure out if I needs another light. Thanxk you.

Hi treehouse welcome to 420 magazine.

1000w HPS would be plenty max iv used is 600w so far.

Is this your first grow?

Yeah 1000 watts is fine for your space. Do you have a fan for your light it's going to get hot as shit.

Well truthfully the room will get hot as shit. The light itself is going to get hotter than shit. Shit comes out at 98.6 degrees on average.

I'm going to be doing 20-24 under a 1000 watt in a 4x6 so your gonna have alot if room and light. What size in line fan and how many cfm?
