Nitrogen deficiancy? High PH in soil - What to do?

Please help me sort out my problem

Yesterday when I looked at my plants I found that the lowest set of fan leaves had gone completely yellow and dry, it looks like Nitrogen deficiency but I'm not totally sure.
It's an Auto BlackBerry Kush in soil using Biobizz nutes, she's 7 weeks old and well into flowering.

When I saw this I watered with 500 ml water and 2 ml Bio-Grow, today I tested the soil PH and it's way too high (8-9) and I'm afraid that I'll overwater her if I water with low PH water.

So should I foliar feed with Fish-Mix so she'll have a chance to absorb some N, or wait until it's time for the next watering and use low PH water, or water with low PH water now???

Sorta solved I guess. Probably just because it's naturally focusing on the flowers and it doesn't look nearly as bad under natural light, but now I know to sort out my PH more diligently.
