I might just have managed to miss it, instead of it not actually being there. But with the new notifications thing at the top of the page instead of the old way... Does it not list it when someone REPs one of our posts? I recently realized that two people had done so for my posts, and I do not recall seeing that in the notification list.

Probably not a priority, since this is kind of a transitional period. And it's not any kind of big deal; I'll just try to remember to check the list at the bottom of my User CP from time to time (I like to either thank whoever does it in a post or to visit their profile page and thank them in a visitor message).
