The November mid-term elections are only 25 days away!

Please register to vote, we only have a few days left. To vote in the next election the voter registration card must be mailed or delivered at least 15 days before November 2.

Voter registration form are available at any post office or can be obtained from the Registrar of Voters at 858-565-5800

Your vote is crucial in this election, one of the races that usually receives little attention is the California Attorney General Race. This year we have Steve Cooley, current LA District Attorney running against Kamala Harris, the current San Francisco District Attorney.

Steve Cooley has been at the forefront of shutting down hundreds of dispensaries in Los Angeles and is a close and personal friend and mentor of Bonnie Dumanis, the San Diego District Attorney who as most of you know has waged war on medical marijuana in San Diego for years.

Colley has vowed that if elected he would revise the current Medical Marijuana AG Guidelines making sales of medical marijuana explicitly illegal in the state, would fight at every turn against proposition 215 promising to intervene in cases by filing amicus briefs in support of the prosecution, and would attempt to shut down every dispensary in the State.
