Nute burn? Please help?

Just wondering how long after fertilizing will nute burn show up? I've been feeding my plant with 8-7-6. I gave it nutes earlier today and about 6 hours later I noticed one leaf tip with a very small yellowish spot. I didn't notice it before I fed it. Should I flush immediately or give it some time to see if it gets worse?

If it's only the tips, I wouldn't worry. Just keep a close eye on them, and adjust your dilution ratios if you feel it's too much.
