ORLANDO, Fla. -- The owner of a home where Orange County sheriff's deputies killed two men trying to steal bales of marijuana earlier this month turned himself in to authorities.

Clinton A. Allen, 40, was arrested Friday on charges of trafficking in cannabis soon after he got off an Air Jamaica plane in Orlando, sheriff's spokesman Jim Solomons said. Allen was taken to the Orange County Jail, where he was being held Saturday.

On May 5, three armed men burst into Allen's home where Allen's wife was loading her three children into the family's van in the garage. The gunmen forced Isola Allen back into the house and began putting marijuana into their sport utility vehicle.

After Allen's 8-year-old son called authorities on a cell phone, the deputies arrived and confronted John Dzibinski, George Jenkins and Shaun Byrom. A shootout ensued after Isola Allen alerted the deputies to the gunmen's presence.

Jenkins, 25, was fatally wounded, and Dzibinski, 26, died later from gunshot wounds. Byrom, 20, was not wounded. He was charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the other men's deaths.

Deputies Jennifer Fulford and Dwayne Martin are recovering from their gunshot wounds.

Deputies found 341 pounds of marijuana and $54,000 in cash at the Allens' home.

Isola Allen, 32, was arrested on a marijuana-trafficking charge. She was being held at the Orange County Jail on $250,000 bail.
