Panda film vs Mylar

Hey guys it would be great if someone could lend me some input on a little dilemma I'm having. I'm constructing an indoor garden and have panda film, and single ply Mylar, I'm just wondering which material would be best to hang on the walls. Any input would be great.

Thanks,

Mylar is slightly more reflective than poly.

Mylar tears/rips easier than poly. If you go with poly or mylar get the thickest you can.

Mylar - 92-97% Reflective
Poly - 75-90% Reflective
Flat White Paint - 75-85% Reflective

I initially went with Poly, but ended up tearing it all down and just going with a flat white paint and I'm glad I did. My 'door' is still poly though.

Really it just depends on what you want and how willing you are to work with the materials.

depending in your set up both can be used for different areas. working on my room right now in fact.

5 mil poly over basement glass block windows no light getting out. tested with 1000 watt work lights pointed at

mylar has not been bad to work with just need a large area to roll it out flat to cut it

get 2mil mylar
