Hey everyone trying to get the ph situated with my water . I am currently using distilled water when I water my plants. My pH tester says it's got a pH of 7.0. is this okay or is it a little to high?

Hey @Gangamane :ciao:
If you are just pouring plain water on soil with nutrients already in it the 7 is fine. :thumb:
Once you start feeding nutrients you will have to set the ph to 6.3.
Hope that helps.

So I'm using fox farm nutrients grow big, big bloom and tiger bloom. When I add these nutrient to the water will that lower or raise the pH?. And would I use the pH up and down to adjust accordingly?

Add your nutrients to the water in order on the schedule.
Exactly as the schedule recommends.
Once you have everything in the water check the ph.
It's more than likely going to be above 6.3.
Tale a dropper or something small.
Put some ph down in it.
Add a couple drops to your mix and check it again.
Do this until you hit 6.3.
Never pour directly out of the ph down or up directly into your mix.
Eventually you will spil it.
A droper at first is good.

Does this need to diluted before putting it in the mix?
How old is your girl?
Babies are 1/4 strength then stronger as they build roots.
But yes full strength according to the schedule as soon as they can handle it.
You feed full strength according to the schedule at 6.3 " it should say strength for Babies "
Then dry the soil right out.
Then plain water at 6.3.
Then dry again really dry.
Then feed again.
Repeat this until harvest.
But dry cycle is very important.
