Plant deficiency?

Hello guys! excited to be apart of this community. So, I need some help from you experienced growers. I have a young plant (skywalker OG) that seems to have a deficiency of some type. I have included pictures. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance! Growing in fox farms ocean forest soil and watering with RO water.

First, do you let her dry out between watering?
Looks like she is old enough to go in a bigger pot.
The one you have is not a healthy choice.
How old is she?

Also look if you have enough holes for dränage and air to the roots

There are a few holes in the bottom of the cup and the soil drains very well. I only water when soil is dry. What do you recommend I do with her?

There are a few holes in the bottom of the cup and the soil drains very well. I only water when soil is dry. What do you recommend I do with her? She is about 4 weeks old. Very poor growth even under 400w cmh. Here is a picture of the other plant. I seem to have no issues with this one.

My suggestion is to re plant her into a bigger pot, with lots of perlite in the bottom of pot.
Look on the roots, do they look healthy?
