Plant stem is purple?

Hey quick question for all you experienced growers A seed I've germinated popped and I noticed that the stem is purple, I've have never seen that before and this not my first time germinating or growing period.
I'm currently using fox farm ocean forest potting soil just to let you know also watering with PH'd water.


Any advice or info will be greatly appreciated

I would not worry about it. Your seedling looks healthy enough.
Some plants just have a little color.

Yeah I was thinking it popped with a cal-mag problem.

Yup some just do that it is usually genetic if on a seedling.
