Plants start to die with LED grow light

My plants were about 3 inches tall and bushing out when they started to die. They were doing fine and looking healthy and happy. I was using a 45W LED full spectrum grow light panel and keeping it about 5 or 6 inches above the plants.
I tried adjusting watering amounts and light height but nothing was working. So, I put the plants under a flourescent shop light and they recovered and are doing fine. I don't know what happened but I would like to learn to use the LED lights and keep the plants healthy and growing.
Any suggestions of what I need to do?

Thank you a bunch CS. The light is a CE RoHS that I found on amazon (sold by HNHC). I moved it up to about 24 inches above the sprouts today. These are new WW sprouts that I have with my garden vegetables, all are just now starting to sprout.
The older plants that I moved under the flourescent lamp have recovered.
I will get a photos as soon as I can.
Again, thank you for the reply and help.
