AMSTERDAM - This week, the Netherlands will become the first country to make
prescribed cannabis available at pharmacies, a top Dutch health official said
Sunday.
The Dutch government has given the country's 1,650 pharmacies the green light
to sell marijuana to people with cancer, HIV, multiple sclerosis and Tourette's
syndrome.
