Quick question about rooting before flower

9 clones rooted in small plugs, transplanted and rooted well in solo cups. Now its time to transplant to 1 gallon smart pots and go to a 2x4 flower tent.

Should I let the roots poke out of the smart pot before I start 12/12 or should I flip right when I transplant?

Theyre in coco and will be auto drip fed multiple times daily eventually.

Well to give some insight once these root I plan on transplanting directly into the pot I plan on using for its whole life cycle and yes once I see roots transplant then 12/12 till harvest clones have pretty much been in veg for four weeks. And how big were your cuttings ? Hope this helps bud
