Ready to top? Pics, need advice

In this plant do I cut at the top line, middle line or bottom? I meant to cut it when smaller but it grew like a crazy girl in the past few days.

This girl is growing much slower. Is it ready to top?

Top one top line, bottom i would let grow a couple more nodes and top at the top. Most top between the 4/5 node or the 5/6 node.
