Rehab-random drug tests

So, i've been in sober rehab for the last 6 weeks and i get random drug tests but they're only once a week and i got mine yesterday. I'm a female and i weigh 135 and im 5' 1" and i took 3 hits off a bong. They werent large hits or anything. I didnt even feel that high. But, how long do you think it will take if i drink a lot of water, walk an hour a day, because its in the 90's (weather) this week, drink detox tea and make my bathroom a "sauna"? Or what would be good?!

Just diluting with a sports drink maybe enough. If you toked within the last 24 hours it usually takes at least that long for the THC to make it into the fat cells and to start burning off into the urine.
Drink about 36 ounces of a sports drink in the morning
pee 3 or 4 times
use your midstream urine for the collection cup.
