I've noticed that the forum software appears to either be unable to (or isn't configured to) properly handle replies that contain quoted text which, itself, contains quoted text.
This issue can be problematic because sometimes, when a person will reply to a thread and include the specific portion of the post (aka "quoted text") that they're replying to, and one of us replies to their post, and quotes their reply, the original quoted text should be included for context (and, sometimes, context is necessary for clarity).
We can do some manual editing, "retrieve" that originally-quoted text, and paste it in with proper QUOTE tags as a separate quote at the beginning of our post, but this is a minor hassle - and that's the case when we're using a laptop or desktop with a physical keyboard. If the poster is trying to do this on a little cell phone - with a virtual keyboard, which isn't appropriate for such edits in the first place and also takes up ~1/2 of their tiny display - well, the phrase "royal pain in the @ss" could have been invented just to describe this procedure, lol.
