So my friend suggested me this piece of... i dont even know what it is, some kind of moss.
He said it's perfect for Cuttings and i should really try it, but im not sure.
Does anyone of you have experience with this?

Ive seen it in garden shop's but im afraid of mold, since i am growing in an NFT-System.

If that's what I think it is, it's synthetic. Not sure what it's called, but it was a lot more common about a decade or 2 ago. Now it's mainly used for holding fake flower arrangements. Never seen this used in anything involving *live* plants - but that's my experience.

Get your clippings, then put them in a EZ Cloner (they are cheap and easy to make)
You will slip the clipping inside the neoprene collar and then 7-14 days later you will have plant with roots.
After they have thick enough root base, transplant them into netpots and hydroton, rockwool or any other medium is not needed.

Problem is im not sure if i'm already able to maintain an AeroSystem, since my ph bounces a lot.
I used to work with rockwool and hydroton and i don't doubt it's the best option.
Found out they're called Oasis Cubes and people use it for Cloning/seeding.
They hold more water and have less aeration, wich is both actually not what i want.
Still i'm gonna try one and report in a Journal or so.

It's called oasis and it's used to keep cut flowers fresh for longer, I've seen people use sish washing spongeswith succes.
