Rockwool Watering

help please..my first time using rock wool and was wondering how often should I water my babies who are now 21 days old from seed.

When you touch the rock-wool if it is moist then do not water if the top of the cube feels dry then give it a dose to wet it if you have runoff then drain the runoff out you don't want the cube to stay in standing water. Also you may want to find a reflective cover for the cube so it doesn't become a algae cube and other molds growing on it.

I use Rockwool in Hydroponics and I water 5 times in a 24 hour day, 4 during lights on and 1 time during dark cycle. 15 min. each time. Do not let it get too dry or you will damage roots.

Why are they still in rockwool at 3 weeks old bro?....just wondering...
