The March: The 16th annual San Francisco celebration of cannabis/marijuana will feature a march around the Civic Center Plaza from 12:00-12:30pm with flags, balloons and hand drums encouraged!
The Music: Free to the public at Joseph Alioto Plaza, SF (AKA Civic Center Plaza - across from SF City Hall). Live music starts at 1 p.m., right after the Annual Marijuana March. The festival will feature notable speakers (including Guru of Ganja Ed Rosenthal, Dr. Michael Aldrich, Michelle Aldrich, Lynnette Monteton Shaw, and others TBA), music (featuring Nick Gravenites & Animal Mind, The Mermen, The Pyrx Band, Bluesetta Band, The Miles Schon Band, and special guests) along with more than 30 booths featuring hemp products as well as food.
The Marijuana: The SF non-smoking ordinance will be strictly enforced at the Plaza. However, there will be special Compassion Tent accommodations available for those with valid medical cannabis IDs or doctor's notes.
