Whats up gang I'll be running a scrog. After lights and the soil pot in my box, I have 13 inches of room for my plants. What can I do to ensure they don't exceed this? I just posted another thread asking what container I can grow my plant in. Can I use a plastic drawer that's shallow and wide? I want firsthand advice from people who have scrogged. Preferably micro scrogs. I've always read to flip to 12/12 when 75% of the screen is filled.

dimensions-18 inches wide, 14 inches long, and 13 inches of height after lights and pot (more room if i find a shallow pot alternative)
lighting-12 x 23w cfls for a total of 19,200 lumens in 1.8 sq ft at on inch away from the canopy (stretch prevention squad lol)
I'll be placing the screen an inch above the soil to train from the get go. I never understood people who put the screen 2 feet above. that eliminates the purpose of horizontal growing to make side shoots become main colas...
