Is there anything I can do to reduce the amount of time it needs to stay in flowering? Also does the plant being a dwarf reduce how long it needs to flower?

Okay, and how many weeks after it starts flowering should I start flushing?

every auto is different. you need to think of it in weeks before harvest. I would wait till you see 50% red hairs, then you might have a week or two to go

Is that 50% of the buds having red hairs or a 50% concentration of red hairs per bud? Also at what points to I switch between the early flowering nutrients, the "heavy blossom builders," and the late flowering nutrients? Should I only give it the early flowering nutrients for the first week of flowering and just a bit before flowering?
